All sourcing fees paid to NeedAPlace LTD are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
This includes but is not limited to:
Withdrawal from a deal after payment
Change of circumstances
Ineligibility for referencing
Landlord/vendor withdrawal (unless direct fault can be proven by NeedAPlace LTD)
